Document processing

Automate document processing

Less manual sorting, capturing and distributing of documents. Incoming paperwork is automatically captured, classified and structured – with traceable quality control.

What we implement

Automation in these areas

Capture

Incoming documents from e-mail, scan or upload are captured automatically and made available digitally.

Classification

Documents are recognised according to defined rules and assigned to the right type, process and storage location.

Data extraction

Relevant fields and amounts are extracted – rule-based or AI-supported, depending on the requirement.

Quality control

Unclear or uncertain results are flagged and made available for review by employees.

Handover

Verified data is handed over in structured form to CRM, ERP or accounting – through the available channels.

Traceability

Every processing step is documented so that workflows and corrections remain traceable.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about this area

Which documents can be processed?

Typically structured and semi-structured documents such as invoices, delivery notes, orders or forms. What capture accuracy is realistic depends on the document type and the quality of the templates – we verify this together in the pilot project.

What happens with unclear or uncertain values?

Uncertain results are never silently accepted. They are flagged and handed over to employees for review – data only moves on after approval.

How long does the rollout take?

The time frame depends on the scope, the document types and the systems involved and is only determined after the process analysis. We deliberately start with a limited pilot project.
