2. Hosting and server log files

When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical access data (e.g. IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) insofar as this is necessary for the operation and security of the website. 3. Contact form and inquiries

If you use the form for a process analysis or demo request, we process the data you provide (name, company, business e-mail address, description of the process as well as optional details such as phone number, company size, industry, software used and preferred contact method) to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures upon your request) as well as your consent according to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, which you give with the privacy checkbox.

For evaluating the origin of inquiries (e.g. from advertising campaigns), only permissible UTM parameters and advertising click IDs are stored – no other content. Inquiry data is stored only as long as necessary for processing and then deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply. 4. Optional analytics technologies
