Firmspace AI is a customer relationship management service. This policy explains what personal data we process and why.
2. Data we collect
Account data (name, e-mail, company), the content you add to the CRM (contacts, deals, tasks, messages) and technical data such as browser type and language.
3. How we use it
To provide and improve the service, to keep your account secure, to answer your requests and to send important service messages.
4. Connected services
When you connect Twilio, Telegram, Viber, Messenger or a mailbox, we store the access keys encrypted and use them only to send and receive messages on your behalf.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with infrastructure providers needed to run the service (hosting, database) and when the law requires it.
6. Security
Data is transferred over HTTPS, passwords are stored as hashes and access to the database is restricted.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Write to hello@firmspace.example and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page.
